Who is this for?

Will my clients know Groundcraft is involved?
Only if you tell them. The hosting panel, the monthly reports and the notification emails all carry your logo and your domain, not ours. As far as your client is concerned, the service is yours.
How does the pack pricing work?
Sites are sold in packs, billed monthly. It starts at $70/mo for 10 sites — about $7 a site — and the per-site rate falls as the pack grows: $6 a site at 25, $5 at 50, $4 at 100. Past a hundred it keeps falling, toward $2 a site.
What if I only have a few client sites?
White-label starts at 10 sites. Below that, a care plan at $49/mo per site is the honest answer rather than a wholesale account — and you can move up to white-label the moment your book reaches ten.
What’s included on every site?
Every site in your pack is updated, backed up and monitored every week, with security patching and a verified backup taken before any update runs. It is the same care we sell direct, applied across your whole book at wholesale.
Can I bring my own client hosting?
Yes. If your clients are already on servers you control, we can manage them where they are rather than migrating everyone across. If you’d rather consolidate onto our hosting, we’ll move the whole book for you.
How does billing work?
One monthly invoice to you covers every site in your packs. You bill your clients however you already do — we never see, touch or contact the people you bill. The markup is entirely yours.
Do you offer a reseller dashboard?
Yes. You get a single dashboard for every client site you manage, in your branding, that you can keep to yourself or open up to clients so they can self-serve. Support runs straight to you, not a shared queue.
What happens if a client wants to leave?
Their site and all its data export cleanly at any time — nothing is held hostage on our side. The relationship is yours, so a client leaving is your call to manage, not ours.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Packs are billed month to month — scale the pack up as you win clients, down if your book shrinks, or stop any time. You and your clients own the sites and can take them anywhere.
