Co-management, in plain terms
Co-management is optional and off by default — ask us to enable it. On a co-managed server you keep root access and make your own changes. Because those changes are yours, we can’t guarantee them: if something you do takes the server down, we’ll restore the most recent backup for a flat $50 per restore. Fully managed plans carry no such fee — we own the changes, so we own the fixes.
