Do I have to use the platform to buy a service?
No. Every service — design, migration, care, hosting, speed, security and AI visibility — is done for you by real people, priced upfront, with no platform login required. The hub is there if you want it, not a condition of the work.
How do I know which service I need?
If you need a site, start with website design or affordable plans. If you have a site and want it looked after, that is a care plan or managed hosting. If you want it faster, safer or more visible, that is speed, security or AI visibility. Not sure? Tell us the problem and we will point you at the right one.
Are these one-time fees or monthly?
Both, depending on the work. Building a site, a migration, a speed tune-up and a malware cleanup are one-time. Hosting, care, white-label and AI visibility are month to month, cancel any time.
Can I combine services?
Yes — most sites end up on a build plus a care plan or hosting. The three done-for-you bundles package the common combinations at $399, $699 and $1,199.
Do you work on a site you did not build?
Yes. Care plans, hosting, speed, security and AI visibility all work on an existing WordPress site, whoever built it and wherever it is hosted.
What does “done for you” actually mean?
A real person does the work and you approve the result — you are not handed a tool and left to figure it out. You reach someone who can see your actual site, not a ticket queue.
Are the prices really fixed?
The prices shown are what you pay for the scope described. If a job is genuinely bigger, we scope and quote it before starting — no surprise invoices.
Do I own everything when we are done?
Always. Your domain, your content and your site are yours, with no lock-in. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
