Frequently asked questions

Will my site go down during the move?

No. We build the full copy on the new server first, test it on a temporary link, then switch DNS only once it’s verified. Most visitors never notice the cutover.

What if my current host won’t cooperate?

We don’t need their cooperation — just admin access to your WordPress site, or a backup file. We pull everything from there.

Do you migrate email too?

Yes, mailbox migration is included for standard cPanel and Google Workspace-style setups. Exchange migrations are quoted separately.

What about my SEO rankings?

URLs, redirects and the sitemap are checked line by line before cutover. If a URL structure has to change, every old path 301-redirects to its new home.

Which hosts do you migrate from?

Any cPanel host, GoDaddy, Bluehost, HostGator, SiteGround, Wix, Squarespace, WPMU DEV and ManageWP-managed sites, and WordPress.com.

What if something breaks after migration?

The old environment stays untouched and available for 14 days after cutover, so there’s always a way back while you confirm everything works.
