Do you work on hosting I already have?
Yes. Care plans work on your existing WordPress hosting — you do not have to move to us. If you would rather we host it too, managed hosting starts at $19/mo and includes the care work.
What exactly do you update every week?
WordPress core, plugins and themes. Every update is preceded by a verified backup, so if anything conflicts we can roll back instantly — a failed backup stops its own update and nothing else.
Are backups really included?
Yes. Backups are nightly, verified and test-restored on a schedule — not billed per site the way most tools charge. They are stored off-site and restorable in one click.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring catches it and we move on it — you hear about an outage from us, with the fix already underway, rather than from a customer. Historical uptime is in your monthly report.
What if my site gets hacked?
Care plans include malware scanning and fast patching of known vulnerabilities. If a site is compromised, our security service cleans it the same day and hardens it so it stays clean.
Can I still use my own developer?
Yes. A care plan does not lock out your own team — they keep their access alongside ours. We handle the routine upkeep; they build whatever they are building.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
